We absolutely loved this place! The location and views were so beautiful. Joes place was super cozy and comfortable (the fireplace was the best!). Really appreciate the amenities, especially being provided linens, towels and a starter pack that included coffee pods. We had 5 teenage boys with us that barely came up from the basement. Joe was responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be going back! Thank you.

The location of this house can't be beat. Being right on the water is amazing, and you are so close to great restaurants. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It made it easy to feel right at home. Joe was incredibly proactive and responsive throughout the experience making everything smooth and easy. We're already looking for when we can make it back!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Lake Harmony with our multi-gen family of 9. The location is unbeatable, right on the lake with a private pier perfect for fishing. The shallow lake is ideal for younger kids or less confident swimmers, as you can walk 20 feet out and still touch the ground. The property includes paddleboards, kayaks, and safety vests, making water activities accessible and fun for everyone. The house is well-equipped for a family getaway. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the main level features a spacious kitchen, a large dining table, a 1/2 bath, and a living area that opens to a deck with steps leading to the pier. The basement is a highlight, with a large TV, pool table, foosball, and an addictive golf arcade game. A laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower are also conveniently located downstairs. Outside, the jacuzzi and solo fire stove were fantastic additions, keeping us warm and cozy all night. I highly recommend this property.

Very beautiful and well maintained property

The house is a little on the rustic side but is a great value compared to other lake front properties. There are some maintenance items that need attention. screens on the doors and windows would be great. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. The propane tank on the grill was empty when we arrived and the host had a new tank delivered the next day. Overall it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay a this lovely home on Lake Harmony. Everything that we needed was included: comfortable sitting areas and beds, TVs, fully stocked kitchen, enjoyable game room, kayaks and rowboat for water fun, outside fire pit area, hot tub, dock for fishing, and more. Lovely lakefront road a 10 minute walk into town

The house sits right on the water and the view is wonderful! One can have all their meals on the deck at the 2 large dining tables and enjoy the serenity of the lake. 2 kayaks are provided and 2 paddle boards so you can enjoy the lakeside fun! No long walks to the lake. It's right there! The house is situated so there there is plenty of room to hang out and or to have privacy. All the bedrooms were a nice size. and very comfy. You can go for long walks along the lake and literally walk to restaurants. Nicks was our favorite! Loved how convenient the access is to the Pa turnpike. Our host was very attentive in communicating with us during our stay. Highly recommend this lovely "home" for a relaxing family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Joe and Dina’s Lake Harmony home. We had a group of 9, 4 older adults and 5 young adults. We wanted to rent a place right on a lake with plenty of space for everyone, a kitchen big enough for us to cook our meals in and dining area where we could all sit and enjoy our meals together. This place was perfect. The “kids” were able to fish off the deck, kayak, swim, always find something to do, we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. I would have liked some walkable destinations, but all our other boxes were checked. The family communicated well and responded to my messages in a timely manner. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Worked out great for our family’s annual getaway. Location is right on the lake and even though we had constant rain for our stay, the wall of glass doors with the lake view made it bright and relaxing.

We had a fantastic family time in Lake Harmony. I can't say enough great things about the house and especiall the view. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful interior, lovely views of the lake and sunsets! Our 2 families (8 total) had room to spread out, cook, sit around the fire pit, etc. We loved kayaking and paddle boarding! Great base for exploring the area - Jim Thorpe, hiking in the parks, Stroudsburg, rafting, dining, etc.

We stayed for a guys weekend in late spring 2025. The place was incredible!! Fantastic amenities, perfect location right on Lake Harmony and in very close range of very nice bars, restaurants, hikes and lots more. The perfect spot for a reunion or group getaway!!

Beautiful place

We rented the place for a bachelor party. Joe and the hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were great hosts. The bonfire on the lake in April was 10/10 fantastic. Only a 10 minute walk to Shenanigans. Overall great time, would recommend.

Our stay at Doc Harmony was amazing. The home was so adorable, super super clean, the views breathtaking and the area so peaceful. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Just got back from an awesome stay at this lake house! It was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and right on the water. The location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. A group of 10 of us get together every year and there was plenty of room for all of us. Our hosts were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great getaway and highly recommend anyone looking for a get away.

This house is absolutely lovely. From the home itself to the views and location it was wonderful. We had planned dinner out and many festivities but once we walked into the house we did not want to leave! It was very clean and organized. Everything you can want or need in a lakefront home is included. The only, only thing I can say is if staying in the winter be cautious of the driveway. A bit steep and icy but with a lakefront house in the middle of the winter it can be expected. Would rent again and again.

Joe and the other hosts were excellent. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and they provided everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to return for another stay!

all was good except the icy walkways and snow, not properly cleaned and salted. very dangerous for cars , walking .

There are a couples pros & cons about joe's location. the house is legitimately 5 steps from the house & the views are beautiful off the deck in the morning & at sunset. communication was top notch & i got instant replies & had all my questions answered accurately. BUT this is absolutely a summer house. we rented in the winter & there was a clear & noticeable draft throughout the house which didn't keep the house as warm as we would like. the drive way was & i hate to say this, hell. it was all ice. borderline impossible to get any cars out of the driveway without A LOT of time & effort from multiple people at once. overall a pleasant stay, would give it another shot in the summer

Our family stayed for a few days after Christmas. The place was excellent, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play. They even put up a small Christmas tree for us. I would recommend staying here. We for sure will come back during the summer.

Joe was extremely responsive and available when we needed something. he was proactive ans checked on us regularly. I appreciate his readiness and willingness to help, when needed.

The house was a perfect getaway for our girls weekend! It is located directly on the lake which was very peaceful. The house felt very homey and was decorated nicely. Joe was very professional and responsive. We are looking forward to staying there again!

We had an amazing time being footsteps away from the lake and the house was very accommodating. 3 families fit just fine in the house.

The house was a cozy spot nestled in the hills of the Poconos surrounded but houses that emitted a balance of a neighborly feeling and privacy. The view of the lake alone could fill a photo album and you can enjoy it from the bedrooms on the top floor to the basement. The amenities and relaxed atmosphere made for a great weekend and at a great price.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Can’t get any closer to the water than this! Hot tub/fire pit/boat and kayaks make this the perfect outdoor reservation! 10/10 would book again!

We had the best time staying at Joe and Dina's home on the lake. The weather was amazing which made being right there on the lake even better. My kids had fun fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and relaxing on the comfy Adirondack chairs spread around the lower level dock area. Inside the house was perfect with beautiful spaces to hang out as a family plus the lake view from the living room was awesome. The whole back of the house is glass French doors which lead to an upper level deck overlooking the lake. We were a few minutes from amazing restaurants and Split Rock resort which has fun night time activities. We will totally book this house again for a future trip. Thank you to our gracious hosts for opening their home to families like ours.

Beautiful vacation spot! We had fun on the lake with the kayaks, paddleboards and floats available. Very nice comfy home and would love to come back one day!

Had an amazing vacation with my young daughters at the Lake. Despite the bad weather we made the most of our time and created lasting memories I am forever grateful for.

The house is big and perfect for our big family. We had 6 boy teenagers and the house still felt peaceful. The lake is beautiful. Also the beds and pillows were super soft and good quality. I hate rental that has a beautiful home/view and cheap bedding. This was perfect… didn’t have to use my own.

We had a Wonderful time at Joe's Lake House. The house was exactly as pictured and described. The inside was Beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out. The Lake view was perfect! The teens enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, the game room downstairs, and the hot tub. A great time was had by all of us.
